- What is WoozTalk?
WoozTalk is a new innovative and free Internet service that let you see and chat with anyone else visiting the same website. It provides you real chat capabilities on any website you are currently visiting.
- Why use WoozTalk?
Each time, with WoozTalk, you just have to go on a website related to your topic and discuss with people connected (in the public chatroom related to website or in private with specific visitors connected on the website you visit).
- How much does it cost?
WoozTalk is totally free.
- Is there anything to download or install to use WoozTalk?
Yes, you have to download a WoozTalk client for your computer. It is really easy to install. Consult help if you need advices to install WoozTalk.
- Does WoozTalk works for any website?
Yes WoozTalk works with all Internet websites. No action of websites are required to use WoozTalk.
- What are Internet browsers supported by WoozTalk?
WoozTalk works correctly with Firefox (2.x and 3) and Internet Explorer
- I don't succeed to use WoozTalk with Internet Explorer. What may I do?
Close IE and restart it. If it still doesn't work, try to reinstall WoozTalk.
- I get troubles to use WoozTalk. What may I do?
First of all, check that you correctly install WoozTalk client and that your Internet connection is working correctly. Try one more time to install WoozTalk client. If you still get troubles, please contact WoozTalk Team by email : team@wooztalk.com
- What's the privacy level while surfing with WoozTalk?
WoozTalk only records URL of website you're currently visiting to let you know what are other users also currently connected.
- I notice a bug in WoozTalk? Who I should tell?
Please post it by email to team@wooztalk.com with clear explanations of the issue you met.
You should also join to your email file called wooztalk.log. It is located in WoozTalk installation directory. It would really help us to debug.

- I just installed a new version of wooztalk and it doesn't start. What may I do?
For first, please remove file "wooztalk.xml" from your installation directory (default is C:\Documents and Settings\YOURLOGIN\Application Data\WoozTalk where YOURLOGIN has to be replaced by your Windows login). If it still doesn't work, you may try to install one more time WoozTalk. If you are still not successfull, please contact us at team@wooztalk.com with below information :

You can disable tracking by :

You can get a new password at this page.
- How to uninstall WoozTalk?
To uninstall WoozTalk, open Windows menu and select "Uninstall" in folder WoozTalkallez.
- Why Firefox plugin doesn't work with Seamonkey ?
It is planned but not yet implemented. If someone is volunteer, let us know :-)
