Third party advertising

Advertisements that appear on WOOZTALK service or WOOZTALK website are sometimes delivered (or "served") directly to users by third party advertisers. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. These third party advertisers may also download cookies to your computer, or use other technologies such as JavaScript and "web beacons" (also known as "1x1 gifs") to measure the effectiveness of their ads and to personalize advertising content. This privacy policy covers the use of cookies by KURIOOS ITECH on WOOZTALK service and does not cover the use of cookies or other tracking technologies by any of its advertisers.

Changing or Removing Information

Access and control over most personal information on WOOZTALK service is readily available through the profile editing tools. WOOZTALK users may modify or delete any of their profile information at any time by logging into their account. Information will be updated immediately. Individuals who wish to deactivate their WOOZTALK account may do so by sending an email to info@wooztalk.com. Removed information may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time but will not be generally available to members of WOOZTALK.

Where you make use of the communication features of the service to share information with other individuals on WOOZTALK service (e.g., sending a personal message to a public chatroom or another WOOZTALK user), you generally cannot remove such communications.

Our Commitment to Security

KURIOOS ITECH has established safeguards to help prevent unauthorized access to or misuse of your WOOZTALK information, but cannot guarantee that your personally identifiable information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy (for example, in the event of unauthorized acts by third parties that violate applicable law or the policies of WOOZTALK service or KURIOOS ITECH. To protect your privacy and security, KURIOOS ITECH uses passwords to help verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to any of your WOOZTALK information.

Special Note for Parents

WOOZTALK service is intended for a general audience, and children under the age of eighteen are not permitted to register to WOOZTALK service without a parental authorization.

In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
